If you wish to return a product, it may need to be returned to our warehouse in China. Please note that the cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer. This is due to the high shipping costs from China, which we unfortunately cannot cover.
To start the return process, please contact us to obtain the return address. Pack the product carefully and use a trackable shipping method so you can check the status of the delivery.
Once the product has been received at the warehouse, it will be checked to ensure it meets the return conditions. The purchase price will then be refunded. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the seller and bank.
Responsibility for uncollected packages
If a customer does not collect the package from the specified collection point or address within the specified period, the customer is responsible for the package. If the package is returned to our warehouse in China by the transport company, a fee of €19.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs of return shipping and processing.
