Return & Refund Policy

At CAAY Boutique, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • Item must show no signs of wear, damage, or use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with clear photos of the issue.

4. How to Start a Return To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@caayshop.com
  • Provide your Order Number (#XXXX)
  • Include the reason for return
  • Attach photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

5. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

6. Return Address Returns must be approved before shipping. Authorized returns should be sent to the address you will receive from our customer support.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

7. Uncollected or Refused Packages If an order is not collected or is refused and returned to us, a restocking and handling fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal use items (if opened or used)
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
