Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time
All estimated/typical delivery times are based on actual data from previous orders. These are approximate times and are for reference only.
Processing time
The processing time begins on the day you place your order. It usually takes 1–5 business days to process your order. Once we have processed it, we can ship it.

Processing time: 1–5 days (Monday to Friday), cutoff time 22:00 GMT
Delivery times: 5–14 days (Monday to Friday), cut-off time 22:00 GMT
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or high order volumes. This is beyond our control. Normal operations will resume immediately after each public holiday. Incorrect address details and other issues may cause further delays.
Tracking your order
When your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. This will be activated within 24 hours.
Transport company
For our customers in the United States and Canada, we use FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Change your address
The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@casalaro.com.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before the order has been shipped, we accept cancellations at any time prior to shipment.
Unexpected delays
Delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times indicated. Please contact us if your package is outside this time frame—we will be happy to help you.
Packages damaged during transport
If your package has been damaged during transport, please refuse to accept it from the courier. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service.
